Concrete Polishing Vancouver
Durable, low-maintenance polished concrete floors for commercial, industrial and select residential spaces across Metro Vancouver.
Clean, Durable and Built Into the Slab
Polished concrete transforms an existing slab into a finished surface through mechanical grinding, honing, densification and polishing. The result is durable, easy to maintain and visually distinctive—without covering the concrete with a separate flooring material.
Polishing Levels
Sheen and aggregate exposure are selected around the desired appearance, maintenance requirements and condition of the existing slab.
200 Grit
A practical low-sheen finish with a clean, natural concrete appearance.
400 Grit
A balanced sheen commonly selected for commercial and institutional spaces.
800 Grit
Greater reflectivity and visual depth for retail, showroom and feature floors.
1500 Grit
A highly refined finish where maximum clarity and reflectivity are desired.
Our Polishing Process

How much does concrete polishing cost?
Pricing depends on floor area, slab condition, required repairs, aggregate exposure, selected sheen, access and scheduling. Photos and approximate square footage help us assess the project.
Can every concrete slab be polished?
Most sound slabs can be polished, but coatings, adhesives, contamination, moisture, cracks and weak concrete must be evaluated first.
Will cracks and patches disappear?
No. Polishing exposes the natural history of the slab. Repairs, colour variation and construction lines may remain visible and become part of the finished character.
Is concrete polishing dusty?
We use professional grinding equipment connected to HEPA-filtered dust extraction. Additional isolation and protection may be planned around the facility.
How long does polishing take?
Duration depends on square footage, slab hardness, existing materials, repairs and finish level. We provide a project-specific schedule after assessment.
